Do you have what it takes to challenge yourself with our walking, swimming or running challenges?

Take on our Cold Swim for Women Challenge this Nollaig na mBan

Get out and brave a cold swim on 6th January, the day we celebrate women’s Christmas, Nollaig na mBan, and show support and solidarity for women escaping domestic violence.

By taking on the challenge and raising funds for Women’s Aid, you will help us to continue to be there for the next woman who needs our support.

How do I sign up?

To make sure you are ready, complete these three simple steps:

  1. Register for your free Women’s Aid woolly hat and create your own Cold Swim for Women Fundraising Page here.
  2. Join our Cold Swim for Women Facebook group to share your progress and support everyone taking part here.
  3. Share your fundraising page with family, friends and colleagues and ask them to sponsor you and support you on your journey- who knows, they may want to join you too!

Show your support and solidarity for women escaping domestic violence by taking part in our February walking challenge.

By taking on the challenge and raising funds for Women’s Aid, you can help ensure that generations of women and children in Ireland are free from the terror of domestic violence.

  1. Register for your free Women’s Aid t-shirt and create your Walk 80Km in February Challenge fundraising page here.
  2. Join our Walk 80Km in February Challenge Facebook group to share your progress and support everyone taking part here.
  3. Share your fundraising page with family, friends and colleagues. Ask them to sponsor you and support you on your journey- who knows, they may want to join you too!
