The National Freephone Helpline provides support in 240 languages. If English is not your first language we can help you in your own language through our free and confidential telephone interpretation service.
How to use this service
To get support in your own language, call the 24hr National Freephone Helpline on 1800 341 900 and:
- Tell us what language you speak
- Hold the line for a few short minutes while we source an interpreter
- Once the interpreter is connected, we will be able to support you in your own language
