We will be unable to respond to emails from the 22nd of December to the 5th of January 2026. During this time, the 24hr National Freephone Helpline is available on 1800 341 900.
Our goal is to reply to all emails within 3 working days.
When you email us, it is confidential. This means you do not have to give any personal information such as:

- Address
- Telephone number
