Please note, if you would like to train less than 5 members of staff you do not have to send in this form. You can directly register on our Learning Platform and book one of our Open Sessions.

What is your ideal timeline for the delivery of this training?(Required)

Please note that, when possible, we require a 4-week lead in time for event delivery. This gives us the opportunity to work with you on the session content and improves the chances of trainer availability. However, we will do our best to fulfil requests at shorter notice.
