Thanks for a very real, informative and engaging training experience. I’ve certainly come away with a deeper understanding of these issues and feel better equipped to identify how they can show themselves in the workplace and offer and provide support.

Employers Engagement Programme – supporting people in the workplace

The Employer Engagement Programme is a specialist training supporting employers to implement statutory domestic violence leave within a robust organisational response to workers subjected to domestic violence and abuse.

This programme addresses three key pillars: training, policy and practice. Employees at all levels are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to respond to colleagues safely and within the boundaries of their role and organisational policy. This contributes to a workplace culture where all employees feel safe to access available support, with positive outcomes for employers, employees and the organisation.

Our training programme is designed to support an organisation-wide understanding of domestic violence and abuse and how to respond to it safely, effectively, and appropriately. The programme is delivered in two parts: foundational eLearning modules and a practice session.
