Confidentiality Statement: The Women’s Aid National Freephone Helpline and Instant Message Support Service (IMSS) offer a confidential service for women seeking help and support. This means that when you call or email us you do not have to give any identifying information such as name, address or telephone number. However, if you do give us identifying information and we are concerned that a child is at risk, we will have to pass on that information to the appropriate agencies, as we operate within Children First.
