8 Facts for March 8

IWD 2019Mark #IWD2020

International Women’s Day is a time to reflect on progress made, to call for change and to celebrate acts of courage and determination by ordinary women who have played an extraordinary role in the history of their countries and communities.

Ahead of 8th March 2020 we will mark the social, economic and cultural and political achievements of women. The day is also a call to action to highlight continuing gender inequality and violence against women.

On #IWD2020 Show Your Support and Help Spread the Word about Domestic Abuse  in Ireland.

Hold a coffee morning or similar event in your work place or community space.
