  • Ring the Women's Aid National Freephone Helpline on 1800 341 900 . The Helpline is open between 10am to 10pm, every day of the year, except Christmas Day.
  • Contact your local refuge and support service. Details including opening hours and contact numbers are listed here .
  • Call someone you trust and ask them to help you.
