Westport Family & Community Resource Centre, together with the Volunteers and Young Men and Women in The Cove Youth Cafe launched the 'One in Five' Balloons on the afternoon of December 8th to raise awareness in their community that violence against women is a crime and should not be tolerated and to show their support of the '16 Days Campaign'
